Can I return the products and get a refund?

Returns of received goods are excluded. Cancellation is only possible if acceptance of the package is refused. If you have accepted the goods from DHL, a return is not possible. Since we are unable to resell accepted food due to this risk, food that has already been delivered is not eligible for reimbursement. If you want to cancel your order, it is imperative that you do not accept the package. The reason for this is that food items accepted by customers are subject to the risk of damage . If you refuse to accept the package from DHL, DHL will automatically initiate a return without a customer having opened the goods or the box.

How long does delivery take?

Shipping within Germany takes 1-3 working days. Delivery time 1-3 working days ( Important: Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are not included here) Shipping to other European countries takes about 1 week.
